The 2009 annual report on transparency in the Peruvian forest sector evaluates the state of access to information and transparency in several public organisations involved in the forest sector in Peru. The Report shows the extent of fulfillment of the legislation on transparency and access to the information. Six evaluation matrices have been constructed, each with a specific procedure for the gathering of data and systematisation of the assessment.
