Is the forest legal framework available to the public?

All the forest legal framework is not accessible on the Official Website of the Ministry of Agriculture. For instance, the Law on Forests and Wildlife, approved by Law Nº 27308, cannot be found, nor its Regulation. However, laws of lower level issued since 2008 can be found.

Is the forest law available?

The current law is the Law of Forestry and Wildlife adopted in 2000. In June 2008 Legislative Decree No. 1090 was approved, but it was repealed in June 2009. Read more...

Partially. Part of the forest legal framework of 2008 and 2009 is accessible in the Official Website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
